Jupiter Trojans and Hilda asteroids are small primitive bodies located near or beyond the snow line, around respectively the L4 and L5 Lagrange points of Jupiter at 5.2 AU from the sun (Trojans) and in the 2:3 mean-motion resonance with Jupiter near 3.9 AU (Hildas).

The effects of strong magnetic fields on neutron-star thermal radiation

Strong magnetic fields (B >> 10^9 G) profoundly affect many thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of matter in neutron star envelopes, including thermal conductivity tensor in the crust and the equation of state and radiative opacities in the atmosphere, which are major ingredients of the cooling theory and spectral atmosphere models.

Interpreting seismic signals associated with a superbolide recorded over Catalonia on May 12th, 2011 (SPMN120511)

A huge superbolide was recorded by several video stations of the Spanish Meteor Network (SPMN) on May 12th, 2011 at 01h30m40.7+-0.1s UTC. The superbolide overflew an area with several seismic stations of the Seismic Catalonian Network (IGC).
